  3. This help file should be used with version 2.0.6 of Fetch.

  5. This version has the following new features and bug fixes:

  13. • Fixed a bug with certain Unix servers that caused dates to show up in the file list.

  44. •  Multiple files and folder hierarchies can be uploaded and downloaded.
  45. • StuffIt! archives can be automatically uncompressed.
  46. • The file list identifies files and directories with the familiar Macintosh icons for Unix, VMS, and CMS FTP servers.
  47. • Fetch can be customized to recognize certain file name suffixes and download matching files in the proper mode.
  48. • Support for uploading and downloading files in AppleSingle format was added.
  49. •  Support for downloading files in MacBinary I format was added.
  50. •  Interpretation of various file formats can be disabled in the Preferences dialog box.
  51. •    Fetch can be told to keep connections alive (by regularly sending “do-nothing” commands to the server).
  52. •    Users can send arbitrary FTP commands to the FTP server (such as the command specifying mini-disk passwords on CMS systems).
